Chester County Mayor Barry Hutcherson
Barry Hutcherson, in the last forty years, has worked as a utility contractor, electrician, plumber, insurance agent, in the last 24 years, a weekend chef at Snookum’s Steakhouse and in 2018 he became the Mayor of Chester County. Barry and his wife Sherry (Maness) have been married for 34 years. They have two daughters, Jennifer Franzen (husband Karl) and Hayley Meek (husband Clint) along with their granddaughter, Khloe Jane Franzen. “I feel honored to be a part of such a great organization that helps so many people in so many different ways”.
Decatur County Mayor Mike Creasy
Mike Creasy has served as Decatur County Mayor since 2014 and has been the owner and operator of Creasy’s Hardwoods, Inc. for 22 years. Mr. Creasy serves on the Board of Directors for the Decatur County Carl Perkins Center and is the Director of the Decatur County World’s Largest Raccoon Hunt which annually raises more than $100,000 for St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Mayor Creasy is a Christian and avid outdoorsman and has served as past Tennessee State President and National Director for the Professional Kennel Club of which he has been a member for over 30 years. Mayor Creasy said, “I feel SWHRA is a tremendous organization helping those within the southwest district. Many lives have positively benefited from the services they provide.”
Hardeman County Mayor Jimmy Sain
Hardin County Mayor Kevin Davis
Kevin Davis is a lifelong resident of Hardin County. He attended the University of North Alabama and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management and Marketing. In 1980, he began his business career with Davis Bros., Inc. and worked there until 2001. In 2002, he made his venture into politics and was elected as Hardin County Mayor and was re-elected in 2006, 2010, and 2014. He is very active in the community and is an alumni of the University of Tennessee Local Government Leadership Program, Leadership Hardin County, and University of Tennessee at Martin WestStar Program. He is married to the former Donna Yeiser of Savannah and they have three children.
Haywood County Mayor David Livingston
David Livingston was elected Mayor of Haywood County in August of 2018.
Henderson County Mayor Eddie Bray
Eddie Bray was elected as Henderson County Mayor in August 2018. After graduation from high school he enlisted in the United States Army and later joined the Tennessee Army National Guard. Prior to becoming Mayor he served as the Henderson County Veteran Service Officer for five years. He retired from law enforcement after serving eighteen years with the Lexington Police Department and the Henderson County Sheriff's Department. He is a member of First Pentecostal Church, the Lexington Rotary Club, National Legislative Committee for the Veterans of Foreign War, Tennessee Association of County Service Officers, and Occupational Chaplains Association. ”
Jerry Gist worked with the City of Jackson from 1977 to August 2002, when he began as Executive Director of the Jackson Recreation and Parks Department. He was promoted to Executive Director of Public Works in 1991. His duties included administration of Parks and Recreation, Public Facilities, Street, Planning, Engineering, Health & Sanitation, and Building and Codes Departments. Jerry Gist holds a master’s degree in public administration from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in education from Jacksonville State University in Alabama. He is also a graduate of The Harvard School of Government. He is a U.S. Army veteran, married and has two children and four grandchildren. He was elected Madison County Mayor August 1, 2002. He served until July 1, 2007. He was elected Mayor of Jackson on May 8, 2007, and began serving on July 1, 2007. He was re-elected to his second term on May 3, 2011.”

Madison County Mayor Jimmy Harris Vice-Chairman
Jimmy Harris grew up on a farm in Henderson County. He graduated from Lexington High School and the University of Memphis with a degree in Engineering Technology.
Jimmy's business career began in 1973. He has owned and operated various businesses throughout his career including an ice cream shop, funeral home, cemetery, men's retail clothing, trailer manufacturing company, drive thru hamburger restaurants and outdoor advertising. He has been in the real estate development and management business in Jackson, Tennessee since 1987.
Jimmy is a member of the Jackson Rotary Club, a Board member of Arise2Read and Salvation Army and attends St. Luke's Episcopal Church.
He is married, has three children and two grandchildren.
He was appointed as Madison County Mayor by the Madison County Commission and sworn in on July 1, 2007 and was officially elected Madison County Mayor on August 7, 2008. He was recently re-elected to another four-year term on August 2, 2018.
McNairy County Mayor Larry Smith
