Jimmy has been with the agency since 1991 as Finance Director and was promoted to Deputy Executive Director/Fiscal Director effective November 1, 2009. He graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin and worked in state government as an auditor fourteen years prior to being employed by Southwest. He is responsible for oversight of all financial and program operations of the agency. He has served as the Treasurer of the Tennessee Association of Community Action Agencies and is currently on the Finance Committee of the Tennessee Association of Human Resource Agencies.
