The Henderson County Senior Center and the UT Extension office are partnering to provide the Living Well with Chronic Conditions classes. If you or someone you love has health problems such as diabetes, arthritis, cancer, chronic bronchitis, high blood pressure or other chronic dieases, these classes can help you take control of your life.
Participants will learn to manage symptoms; deal with anger and frustration, fight fatigue and pain, and manage stress.
The classes run for 6 weeks on Mondays and will begin on April 18, 2016, from 9:30 to 11:15, at the UT Extension Office Conference Room. Classes are FREE and open to ALL adults. Refreshment will be served and participants will have a chance to win door prizes.
